We have compiled a list of some of the most asked questions we receive from our clients, about our classes or about Pilates in general.

Joseph Pilates practice is a full body workout and your core becomes your powerhouse.

We offer an introductory initial consult which includes a body assessment and spinal assessment. We then tailor a program to suit the needs of your body. Strength and stretch exercises will assist and improve a sore back.

Pilates will assist to bring the pelvic floor together and strengthen your core muscles.

All you need to bring with you to class is a towel and a water bottle. We recommend wearing comfy clothes and grip socks if you have them, otherwise we have some you can purchase here when you arrive.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your first class so you can meet your practitioner and get set up in the space. There will also be some paper work you will need to fill out prior to starting the class.
Please ensure you notify your practitioner of any existing injuries or pregnancy before the class.
